How we work
No plants to sell, and no miracle fixes
Zenvorai sells nothing — no plants, no soil, no fertilizer, no gadgets — and takes no commission from anyone who does. Most collections need better placement far more than another purchase.
We're also honest when a plant is finished. Root rot that has taken the whole root ball is not coming back, and saying so saves you three months of hope and watering. If you have pets or small children, check toxicity before buying — we'll flag it, and the responsibility is yours.

The questions we get most
My apartment is dark. Is it hopeless?
No, but plant choice has to be realistic. Plenty of species tolerate genuinely low light; many popular ones don't, whatever the tag says.
How often should I water?
No schedule survives contact with a real home. We teach checking by weight and soil, which adapts to season, pot and room automatically.
What are the tiny flies?
Almost certainly fungus gnats, which means the top of the soil stays wet too long. Very fixable, and it usually points at a watering habit.
Are these plants safe for my cat?
Many aren't. We'll flag toxicity when we recommend species, and you should check any plant against a reliable list before bringing it home.
Can you save my plant?
Sometimes. Send photos and we'll tell you honestly, including when it's finished — which is more useful than encouragement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.
